Two days ago VMware announced a Sub-Program called **vExpert PRO**. I was selected as the "local" vExpert PRO from Poland.

## What is the vExpert PRO program?

vExpert PRO is a program which is focused on recruiting, mentoring and support a new vExperts from each particular region.

## Who are the vExpert Pros?

A **vExpert Pro** is a current vExpert who **excels in their local region**, adding value to the program and giving back to the community. This person has a **strong relationship** with the local IT community in general, and works as an **advocate** for the vExpert program, **recruiting**, **mentoring** and **training** people.

# My thoughts

I am really thrilled to receive the vExpert PRO award. It was a bit surprised to receive it but I will do my best and fulfill my duties. If you have any questions regarding the vExpert program, how to participate, what are the requirements simply contact me.
